This website, next-care.shopsaverz.com, is operated by Next Care (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping policy, Returns & refunds policy and Privacy policy.

Our checkout, customer accounts, payments and order records are provided by our e-commerce partner ShopSaverz (Accendos Web Technologies Pvt. Ltd.). When you check out you sign in with your mobile number, and ShopSaverz's Terms of Use also apply to your account.

An order is confirmed only once your payment succeeds. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is out of stock, was listed at an obviously wrong price, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST.
• Any delivery charge is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
• All orders are prepaid online through Razorpay using UPI, cards or net banking. Cash on Delivery is not available.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid for a confirmed order will not change.

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging can change between batches. Please read each product's label and usage instructions before use.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations by our Returns & refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

The content on this website, including product photos, text, logos and designs, belongs to Next Care or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

If you have a complaint, please raise it with us first through our Contact page, and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly.

If it isn't resolved, you can escalate it to the Grievance Officer of our e-commerce partner, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

Grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month of receipt.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
